Question 1

How do I request a driver?

Accepted Answer

Fill in the quote request form. It prepares a WhatsApp message that you send yourself. You can also reach us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Question 2

Can I book for several days?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give us the dates and the trips you have in mind, and we will quote for the whole stay.

Question 3

Do you offer custom day trips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The destinations shown on the site are common examples, not a closed list. Tell us where you want to go.

Question 4

Can we travel with children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us the children’s ages and your child-seat needs in your request. Carrying a child requires a seat that meets Québec’s Highway Safety Code, so we confirm with you what will be provided before the ride.

Question 5

What if we are a large group, or heavily loaded?

Accepted Answer

We drive two SUVs and a van for luggage. For a larger group or a particular need, we can arrange another vehicle — a sedan or a van — subject to availability. Give us the number of people and bags in your request: the vehicle is confirmed along with the price.

Question 6

How do I find out the price?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is custom: it depends on the service, the duration, the route and the number of passengers. We send it to you in writing before the ride, including any applicable taxes.

Question 7

What if I find a lower price elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Show us the written quote before confirming your booking and we will beat that price. The trip compared has to be the same — date, time, pickup, destination, duration, class of vehicle — and the quote has to come from a licensed company. The full conditions are on the quote request page.

Question 8

Can I pay cash?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payment is made in cash or by Interac, according to the terms confirmed when you book. You receive an invoice, showing any applicable taxes, in accordance with the legal obligations that apply in Québec.

Question 9

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can: with two drivers, availability is limited. Our reply tells you right away whether the date you want is open.

Question 10

Does a WhatsApp request confirm my booking?

Accepted Answer

No. A request is a request. The booking exists only once the price is accepted and the date confirmed in writing by both sides.
